Since our founding in 2009 Liberty Plugins has been at the forefront of EV Charge Station Management System technology. In the pursuit of our mission to streamline electric vehicle charging, we have deployed 3,500 customer-owned Level-2 ports across North America.
The Liberty Plugins Hydra™
The development of the patented Hydra™ Charge Station Manager in 2012 marked a significant milestone for our company and the industry.
Hydra is the heart of the industry’s only hardware based CSMS: A single Hydra enables access control, revenue-grade metering, reporting, and load management for up to 10x Level-2 chargers. Hydra gives system designer and owners the freedom to convert existing chargers into capable smart chargers, or to make custom arrangements of new Level-2 and DC fast-charge (DCFC) EVSE to meet their specific needs.
